With profound sadness, we mourn the loss of Jason Edward Trevino, who was called home by the Lord on January 20, 2026. He was born on February 8, 1977, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Jason was a loving father, life-partner, brother, son, and friend whose presence meant so much to those who knew him. A man of God, his faith was central to his life and gave him strength and peace. He had a joyful spirit and a deep love for music, especially singing karaoke, as well as a love for fishing, something that brought him happiness and created countless memories with family and friends.
Above all, Jason treasured being a father. He loved watching his children play sports and instruments and worked hard to be present at every game and every event. He had a gentle soul and a beautiful smile that brought comfort and light to everyone around him.
Jason is survived by his beloved children, Ethan Alexander Trevino and Evan Zachary Trevino of Corpus Christi; his life-partner, Laura Olivarez of Ricardo; his sister, Clarissa Trevino of San Antonio; one niece Camila Téllez of San Antonio and his stepfather, Benjamin Morin of San Diego, along with many extended family members and friends who loved him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Guadalupe V. Trevino; and his maternal grandparents, Maclovia V. Trevino and Ricardo Trevino.
Jason will be remembered for his unwavering faith, his loving heart, his devotion to his children, his laughter, his voice lifted in song, and the joy he brought to any occassion. He will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who loved him.
