Laura, we loved your Dad so much! We met your Dad and Mom in 1969 when we moved to Houston. We also moved to Corpus Christi in 1980. He worked and helped with TANHR a nursing home organization, This was to help residents of nursing homes. After we moved back to Houston in 2000 we stayed in touch with all his funny emails. He will be missed! May the Lord be with you during this difficult time. So sorry he had to go because of the terrible mistake a person made instead of paying attention to what they were doing!

Laura and Wanda,

Al was our neighbor, but more than that, he was a true friend.

He had a talent for mechanical devices and always had a solution to problems around the house. I'm sure that talent was sharpened by his service as a Marine aviation mechanic keeping the TigerCats flying. And his many years at Celanese only added to his skills.

We shared many stories, lots of emails, some good recipes and many tasty dishes over the past nine years. We will miss his wonderful smile and ever-pleasant attitude.

I believe that God has a very special place in Heaven for Al.
Al will always have a special place in out hearts.

May God hold you a little closer during this trying time.

I worked alongside Al for several years at Celanese. He was a very competent engineer with an exceptional friendly and helpful manner. He gave me advice that I remember today.

Laura, Al was truly a gem and brought our office so much joy and laughter. I know he's dancing with your mom on Heaven's grand ballroom floor. Sending prayers for comfort to you, Wanda, Rocky and Shelly.

Laura I did not have the pleasure of meeting your father. I do remember stories you would tell of your childhood & how much love was there. Having seen pictures I know that you & your father have memories that will live forever. He has gone on to pave your path to join him on the other side. My prayers are with you in this time of sadness. I love you so much!
